Shii-Cho Form: Further increases damage reduction by [1 / 2]%.
Juyo Form: Reduces internal and elemental damage taken by [2 / 4]%.
Ataru Form: Increases your movement speed by [7.5 / 15]%.

Note: Damage and healing values are based off a level 50 character in green gear. Our staff are still adjusting and adding effects to the formulas, so bear with us as we continue to improve these numbers for launch.

A great tier 1 two point talent, which complements all specs, and a clear choice to move up to tier 2 Carnage.

The Ataru 15% movement speed increase at rank 2 does not stack with Sprint when out of combat.

It is basically a passive 15% movement speed increase while in combat.
