In my experience in both PvE and PvP, putting two points into this skill has been a blessing. When I would normally have to use Strike, I have been able to use Slash instead for more damage. through use of Rebuke with 2 points in this skill, I can keep my damage higher for longer, and take less damage. I also like making sure I have points in Recompense so that I can reduce the cooldown of rebuke during a longer fight. This helps again in both PvP and PvE. Moreso PvE unless I am with a good healer in PvP then my fight stretches out to where it is very beneficial.
with a internal cooldown of 3 seconds on this, and that of 1.5 seconds on the trigger its self, can you get away with only spending 1 point here?
can only get 9 focus out of this if everything goes as intended. would you really miss all that much with only a 50% proc rate?
Writing this question has made me wonder if it is even worth the 1 point as even with both points if you are getting hit enough to earn more than 2-3 focus in a fight you are in pvp or are doing something horribly wrong.
