Your starting ability, does very little damage, and is great for lower levels to generate focus.

Do you use this ability at all after you get your specific abilities from guardian/sentinel?

this ability will always be your primary focus builder then sundering strike and force stasis. as far as attacks go. you do have abilities that give straight focus. thats beside the point
