Great opener for a Scoundrel. Does a significant amount of burst.

This is getting a 7.5 sec cooldown in patch 1.2.

Presumably people were Stealthing up to an enemy, using this, then using Disappearing Act to re-Stealth, maneuvering for position, and using this again (because it currently has no cooldown), which can be massive burst damage right out of the gate (depending on gear, stims, adrenals etc). I assume the equivalent Agent ability is getting a similar change to limit instagibs.
