Are self-heals considered healing received, or only healing from by other players and Mako? How about stim Packs? Does 6% really make that much of a difference?

add that 6% to the 5% from Kolto missile residue to the 20% protective field thats a whooping 31% self healing inc (in theory, it doesn't really add like that) not to mention the 2% Endurance and the fact that is passive and you dont have to wait 2mins to use the 20% or refresh the 5% every Kolto missile.. imo is win pve and pvp i have em both in my Hybrid merch

Yes, this affects self-heals. Combined with the endurance gain, this talent is extremely useful for merc healers.
