"Increases all healing received by [4 / 8]%."
I take this to mean, If a Sage has this ability, and somebody heals the Sage (or the Sage heals their self), the Sage gets an extra 4 (or 8) percent recovered Health. ?
This would be more appealing if it allowed the Sage to heal self and others for an extra 4 (or 8) percent.
