Assault Plastique

I am posting this on here and not on Thermal Detonator, the BH equiv (because &*!@ BHs). Plastique is perhaps the strongest single target nuke in the game.

1. It has high base damage.
2. It has very high tech damage scaling, the highest I've seen outside of a situational positional (my shoot first/ambush as Scoundrel). And higher than my Back Blast (backstab), which is my hardest hitting ability out of stealth.
3. It gains a 30% surge bonus from talents.

Most people underestimate Pyro Powertechs and Assault Vanguards, I'm here to tell you they are scary, stealth raping, high burst damage beasts. Way way harder to deal with than Mercs/Commandos.

I found the thing underwhelming as a last talent regardless of spike dmg potential in pvp, if it fails to crit it probably won't count as much of a spike either.

It has almost exactly same tooltip text as Sticky Grenade so found it a bit surprising it was only single target, as such this isn't a replacement for Sticky Grenade at all but instead something you can throw at stronger lone enemies (which makes the stun function just short of useless).

I haven't done the numbers but it also feels like getting free High Impact Bolts from using Ion Pulse instead may further diminish APs use in PVE but like I said I'm not sure.

Highest crit I've had is 4900. Right after a 5100 hi-impact bolt.
