It probably shares a cooldown with force leap doesnt it?

how do these skills compare when you're a sentinel or a guardian? i would hope the DPS is the same being a shared tree, but things like "hits with both weapons if dual-weilding" really makes me think the sentinel would always outdps the guardian no matter what...

I found that ability not so usefull as it appears. Not kind of Intercept in WoW because it leaps only within 10 meters and this is a short distance (when somebody kicks you away its mostly farther than 10 meters). Taget is not stunned nor slowed when you hit him and don't interrupt targets action on impact. Only benefit you get is your speed acceleration for few seconds if you reach Agility Training talent. However it does pretty good amount damage so it is more another damage ability rather than intercept ability. But for damage ability it have quite long cooldown which can not be lowered. It's not force ability so Zephyr talent don't affect it.

This skill has 3 hight points, you can talk about the low points if you want to. They do not help with how the tree works.

First up, it set off Felling Blow, this makes your next Force Sweep a Crit. It is not to be used on CD, it is to set up your burst damage. Your Force Leap is only on a 9sec CD. That should be your mark, to getting back in the fight. You should not use this as your damn out of range button, use a different attack to wait out FL, if do you can set up a lot more burst. Sure it dose not stop heals, or slow and even cost you 3 force to use. But it lets you punch out that 4 stached Singularity 100% crit with out letting up to get back 10m. This gose for the AOE of it all too.

Next up gose more for the Gurd then Sent. As a Gurd you have 4 leaps with this bad boy. Hutt ball will never be the same.

This leap is over looked i think b/c it is a so short on range. This is a good thing, sure it is not a 30m jump up to levels nore a out of the say jump that is Gurd Leap that can get you were no bad guys are with the help of a buddy. This dose get you over the fire(or out of it) to the guy just on the other side who in most case put you there, acid and across the line, when walking that 5m would take 5min. It is the fact that it can move you 1-3m in a sec, that would take you 3-4 to walk. 4 Leaps, it counts with force push. Force Leap, Force Push them. Force Leap, Jump to a Friend around you, then Zealous Leap that last inch. This can all be done in a Pass to btw. Remember you don't matter if you don't make it, this gets you there.

Last close range falls, this attack has pulled me up from the fall of countless attacks if I spam it as I am going down, b/c the range is so close it happens almost like I was never pushed off in the first place. Then with the speed, I can set my self up to push them off my self. Not a 100% but I would say 75-80%of the time it is I who gets the last laugh. Just somthing to help out what few jedi there are out there. Out numbered 10-1 on my sever so, doing what ever it takes to win. May the force be with you, or Force Sweep in my book.

Side not if you made it this far, Focus tree, dose not need crit don't get it on any of your gear, not worth it. Get surge and power, after you max out STR. This is b/c of Felling Blow your best damage is Force Sweep and it will not not crit if you are doing it right. At 75-100% ex damage to 5 things.
