Can possibly regen.. 2.... force..
you regen 8 force per second, thats without all the boosts/procs/buffs from any regen talent you may have eg. [One With the Force +30%] , so it's 0.25 seconds worth of force you can gain from these procs
If you are tanking in a long boss fight it could add up, but I believe the 4% defense is the more valuable part of this
