Revives an incapacitated ally. This ability is usable while in combat. When used, all group members can neither use nor be the target of an in-combat revival for the next 5 minutes.

Note: Damage and healing values are based off a level 50 character in green gear. Our staff are still adjusting and adding effects to the formulas, so bear with us as we continue to improve these numbers for launch.

The way it's written now seems like a clumsy implementation of the limited battle-rezzes functionality that World of Warcraft has: "When used, all PARTY members can neither use nor be the target of an in-combat revival for the next 5 minutes." With this implementation, Operations would have to have at least one rezzer in each party or else be limited to only one battle-rez every five minutes.

That's exactly how it is. Key word(s): In Combat. You can still revive normally out of combat while the 5 minute cooldown is in effect.
