I haven't done any specific testing yet (not a max ranker) but anyone think this talent will operate anything like the old style WoW paladins? Their old TBC/WotLK talentry had a skill that was very much the same; increasing outgoing and incoming heals by 5% at lvl 5.
Think this one operates the same; to help offset Consumption by healing yourself for more than you would without the talent
