Incredibly crappy for Juggernauts, both tanks and dps.
Pitiful damage, considering we have no talents to reduce the Rage cost and we attack with 1 lightsaber.
I just removed this ability from my bars as an Immortal tank at some point, to free up keybinds.
The damage is not worth the 3 Rage, you are better off using Smash, Taunt and single-target dps abilities (at least in most situations).
This skill is slightly better for Marauders, as they can reduce the Rage cost to 1 through talents and this attack includes the off-hand saber.
The corresponding Jedi Knight skill is Cyclone Slash.

Marauders have a Tier 1 talent called Quick Recovery that reduces the cost of this ability to 1 Rage, making it one of the best and most sustainable AoE's avaliable to any class.
