Hey ranged class...YEAH YOU ARE NOT GETTING AWAY! Between this and Zealous Leap the Focus tree is the PvP tree.

10m range makes it less useful, Combat tree's upgrade of Crippling Throw is much better than this, in other words Combat tree is better than focus tree for pvp for higher level pvp.
