Pretty luckluster talent compared to the other two in the same tier, however you must spend at least 1 skill point on it to advance further up. (and you will probably max it later on for further advancement).
To the previous poster, Guardians and Sentinel share a common tree - Focus. Zealous Leap is an ability of both classes (tier 3 in the Focus tree). So to clear any confusion, the Guardian takes full advantage of this talent if he specs Focus.
