Shii-Cho Form: Each charge generates 2 rage every 0.5 seconds.
Juyo Form: Increases the critical chance of your bleed attacks by 100% and causes bleed damage to heal your group for 1% of max health each tick.
Ataru Form: Grants 30% alacrity. Each attack consumes 1 charge.

Berserk lasts for 6 Charges or 20 seconds, whichever comes first. You can't build Fury while Berserk is active.

The cooldown on this ability is negligible, it's the building of fury that limits how often you can use it. Picking up talents like Defensive Forms or Short Fuse will increase the frequency with which you can use the fury spenders: Berserk, Bloodthirst, and Predation.

You can combine Berserk in Shii-Cho form with the Enraged Slash skill in the Annihilate tree. The result is that Vicious Slash builds 1 Rage per use while Berserk is active.
