Secondary defensive ability. It has a 1 min cooldown so it's wise to use it on appropriate burst phases. Which can couple nicely in a PvE fight as when talent it can provide 20% increased healing.
Note: Damage and healing values are based off a level 50 character in green gear. Our staff are still adjusting and adding effects to the formulas, so bear with us as we continue to improve these numbers for launch.

In the skill tree says increase healing received, soo ill says it will be best for pve situacion when you get focus =) and now is 15%
In the Healing Skill tree meaning if you are getting focused your tank is either dead and so are you or its a PVP situation meaning not for a pve situation in 99% of cases. There are unlucky situations that this could be handy but not worth a waste in pve unless its a massive AoE thing and the extra self healing is beneficial.
