Masked Assault
Exiting stealth mode now finishes the cooldown of Blackout, and Blackout can now be used out of stealth mode, granting 6 seconds of Shadow's Respite and restoring 15 Force. While Shadow's Respite is active, all damage taken is reduced by 25%. In addition, Force Cloak no longer reduces healing done and received.

Note: Damage and healing values are based off a level 50 character in green gear. Our staff are still adjusting and adding effects to the formulas, so bear with us as we continue to improve these numbers for launch.
