This is a nice cooldown! Watchmen get probably the most utility out of this and Centering, as their buff makes their burns crit 100% and it hands out some heals as well.
Centering looks to be a great utility mechanic for Sentinels and should hopefully make them very appealing in PvE Operation groups.
