It has a pretty fast build up (even on single target scenarios), makes Sweeping Force free cast at full stacks and Blade Storm to only cost 1 Focus.
Excellent talent, since both of those abilities should be cast as soon as they are off cooldown (5% miss debuff from Sweeping Force and mitigation shield from Blade Storm). The stacks act as a temporary buff, and are consumed whenever either of the two abilities is cast.
Stacks dropping off in a normal fight is an unlikely scenario, however it does happen more often than one would like.
