This is one of those talents that should probably be taken by ALL Assassins. Regardless of your spec, you gain benefit from this.

Charge Mastery
Increases melee and Force accuracy by 1% and improves the effect of your lightsaber charges while they're active:
Lightning Charge: Increases the critical hit chance of Lightning Charge by 15%.
Dark Charge: Increases internal and elemental damage reduction by 3%.
Surging Charge: Increases your armor penetration by 3%.
Lightning Charge: Increases the critical hit chance of Lightning Charge by 15%.

Surging Charge: Increases your armor penetration by 3%.
Note: Damage and healing values are based off a level 50 character in green gear. Our staff are still adjusting and adding effects to the formulas, so bear with us as we continue to improve these numbers for launch.
