More PvE focused then Transcendence. Knowing when to spend your Centering will be a major part of Sentinel gameplay. Use this either during or right after a hard hitting boss attack or AOE and watch your party (hopefully) survive.

Serves as a functional equivalent to WoW's Bloodlust/Heroism. This ability will likely make Sentinel a required class in hard and nightmare mode operations.

The only Centering ability that has a cooldown, and a 5-minute one at that. So you'll still be using Zen most of the time.
