7 second cast which occurs when switching between instances. You can switch between instances by using your map and only when there are multiple instances, which is determined by the population in a particular planet or area.
Keep note that there is a 30 minute cooldown when switching between instances by yourself, but you can usually bypass this by switching instances upon joining a group when the group leader is in a different instance than you.
