There is no ability called "Resolve" in this database, but from what i can tell, it is some sort of buff that, atleast, jedis get from eighter heavy damage or getting CC'ed. Theres a meter right next to your potrait that fills up with a white light and empties when u leave combat. No idea what it does though.

This talent is flagged Jedi Sentinel, but it's actually in the Focus tree, also available to the Jedi Guardian.
