I was hoping there would be a chance to set the oil on fire afterwards :(

Wouldn't mind a shorter cooldown, even if it would mean a little less duration.

A dps Pyrotech could get this talent to help out his ops because it makes the boss do less damage, or to lower some classes dps in PvP.
