So confused by this talent, the DoT lasts 4 seconds and can stack 4 times... but you can only use Series of Shots once every 15 seconds, how are you supposed to get it to stack? Or does each shot from series of shots give it a stack, effectively meaning if you don't miss it'll always gets 4 stacks?
Edit: Yea, its as I thought it might be, stacks to 4 from a single use of Series of Shots, assuming you don't miss any shots.
