This is a ridiculously good talent, especially if you combine it with things like Madness and Disintegration. Sadly, Force Storm does not proc the effect, but does benefit from it. With this talent, you don't need either of the force-improving tier 1 talents from this tree, though obviously you need to take some to get through that tier (meaning... take Reserves). Never run out of force again.

The force speed cooldown reduction is invaluable in PvP.
