This is a Tier-3 Annihilation Tree talent.

Is there not a way to add information like that to the "Quick Facts" panel. With no mention of the fact that you must spec into Annihilation, I can see MANY a confused Marauder as they wonder how the heck they missed getting that ability from their trainer.
